Fantastic Meals and Top of the Line Gear |

| To provide exceptional meals we customize our menus depending on the preferences of the group, and we regularly accommodate vegetarian, vegan, non-gluten and other specialty diets. As for gear, we provide equipment with a retail value of approximately $1,000 per guest. That's because we use only the best - Osprey and Deuter backpacks, Sierra Designs and Mountain Hardware tents, Sierra Designs sleeping bags, Therm-a-Rest sleeping pads, and MSR stoves and cookware. |

Comprehensive Risk Management |

| All of our guides are either certified Wilderness First Responders or EMTs, and each carries a field-issued first aid kit, comprehensive list of medical protocols, and - on multi-day trips - an emergency communication device (either a satellite phone or SPOT GPS locator). In addition, we have a dedicated Risk Management Director - with over a decade of experience - helping us meet the highest standard of safety. | |||

Forgiving Transfer and Refund Policy |
||
| We understand life can be unpredictable at times, and that plans can change. Some companies require 50% or more non-refundable deposits, but we ask for only $250 deposits and have a tiered refund policy that allows you to cancel more than 60 days out with only a $50 administration fee. For last minute emergencies we offer future trip credits on a case by case basis. |

All-inclusive Tours |

| Some tour companies charge "gear rental" fees for use of sleeping bags, sleeping pads, and backpacks or don't provide them at all - on our trips those items are fully included in the trip price. What about sales tax, meals, permit fees and transportation fees? All totally included. | |||
