Unless we tell you otherwise, you will meet your group at Heritage Square (downtown Flagstaff) for an orientation meeting at 4:00 PM the afternoon before the trip begins. Your guide will then pick you up at your hotel the next morning for transport to the trail head. For Private Custom Tours your guide will meet you at your hotel in Flagstaff at an agreed upon time.
